The first weekend in September usually sees Ascot host the enduringly popular Festival of Food & Wine Racing Weekend – a veritable feast for the senses at which thrilling Flat racing and culinary excellence share top billing.

Whilst the event could not go ahead in its usual guise this year with the usual crowd of race goers or the exceptional array of food and wine, the Ascot culinary team have put together a selection of wonderful recipes expertly devised by the Ascot chefs and Royal Ascot ‘Chefs in Residence’. From wild boar sausage rolls to  yoghurt pannacotta with pink grapefruit jelly and traditional egg custard tarts and chocolate roulade recipes from our very own Gemma Amor and Ben Dutson, there is something to suit everyone.
