From Soil to Service: How Our Partnership with Full Circle Farms Brings Integrity to the Plate

Exceptional food begins long before it reaches the plate. At Prestige Venues & Events, we believe that every memorable dining experience starts with the land it’s grown on—and that’s why we’re proud to work with partners like Full Circle Farms.

Nestled in the heart of West Sussex, Full Circle Farms is more than just a supplier. Led by organic farming pioneer Tom Morphew—affectionately known as Farmer Tom—the farm is a living example of how regenerative agriculture can restore ecosystems, enrich soil, and produce ingredients that are as flavourful as they are sustainable 

Since 2021, our collaboration has flourished. We’ve invested in 1.5 acres of land at Full Circle Farms, where a dedicated team grows organic vegetables tailored to the needs of our chefs. These ingredients—free from pesticides, herbicides, and synthetic fertilisers—are now featured in menus across iconic venues like Royal Ascot, Fulham FC, and Brighton & Hove Albion FC 

But this partnership goes beyond produce. It’s a full-circle commitment to sustainability. From January 2023, food waste from our venues has been returned to the farm to begin the regenerative process—closing the loop and reducing our environmental footprint 

Farmer Tom’s philosophy mirrors our own: that food should be grown with care, respect, and a deep understanding of nature. As he puts it, “We don’t choose to partner with just anyone. The reason we chose Sodexo Live! is not only because of their philosophy behind growing food and producing amazing meals, but because of their commitment to regenerative agriculture and helping the people and communities in which they operate” 

This is more than a supply chain—it’s a story of shared values, innovation, and a belief that food moments aren’t just created in the kitchen. They start on the farm.
