Hampden Park | Scotland
Hampden Park – proudly known as Scotland’s National Stadium - has released two Pure Dead Brilliant meeting and conferencing packages for autumn 2018 in honour of two brilliant Scots of the past: William Wallace and Robert The Bruce … two pretty hardworking guys if you’re familiar with medieval history.
Both ‘The Bruce’ (at £30 +VAT pp) and ‘The Wallace’ (at £40 +VAT pp) include registration in the stadium’s grand main reception, complimentary parking, a dedicated event-contact, Wi-Fi, LCD projector and screen, a flipchart, pad and pens, as well as mid-morning and afternoon snacks and a delicious hot buffet lunch – with option to sample Hampden’s legendary haggis, neeps and tatties!
‘The Wallace’ also includes warm Scottish rolls for breakfast, as well as a BARR’s soft drink station and fresh fruit available throughout the day to keep your team energised.
The American Express Community Stadium | Brighton
Costing just £30 + VAT pp, the AMEX’s meeting and conferencing package includes room hire, granola, yogurt and compote breakfast, home baked cookies, soup and sandwich lunch, an LCD screen and your choice of autumn afternoon treats!
At the AMEX stadium you can ‘pick your perks,’ choosing from a list of autumnal afternoon pick-me-ups, available for all new meeting bookings for October and November, and including mini cinnamon apple pies, pumpkin spiced muffin, Dippin’ Donuts with toffee apple sauce or root vegetable crisps with dips.
The National Gallery | London
Perfect for conferences, presentations, product launches, film screenings and award ceremonies, the Lecture Theatre at the National Gallery can host 328 guests and 5 wheelchairs - with the option of hiring break out rooms too. The space has fully integrated equipment, a dedicated AV technician, alongside the prestige of being in located in one of London’s most respected and beautiful galleries. Extras, such as expert can be arranged to boot.
Renowned restaurateurs and caterers, Peyton Events, will provide fresh food and drink, with their sandwich (£63.50 +VAT pp) or finger food (£80 +VAT pp) option – both of which include vibrant, locally sourced ingredients assembled in a modern British style. Catering is located in the stunning National Dining Rooms which has incredible views overlooking Trafalgar Square.
Pittodrie Stadium | Aberdeen
This autumn, Pittodrie Stadium - home to Aberdeen FC - is hosting day delegates with their Kick Off, Full Time and Extra Time packages. The Kick Off package starts at £24 +VAT with hire of the Main Event Suite and one additional Syndicate Room, free Wi-Fi and mid-morning/afternoon biscuits and coffee breaks included, as well as a hearty, homemade soup and sandwich lunch.
The Full Time package (at £32 +VAT pp) includes all the above alongside an LCD projector and screen, flipchart, pad and pens, and a delicious breakfast of bacon rolls and fruit kebabs.
The Extra Time package (at £40 +VAT pp) includes the perk of hiring three additional Syndicate Rooms, rather than one; a hot buffet lunch with dessert to follow; and the option of hiring microphone, PA system and lectern for an additional £3 per person.
Knebworth House | Hertfordshire
Available from November, Knebworth House is offering a winter day delegate package at £45 per person. Cosy up and collaborate with colleagues in one of Knebworth’s rustic barns with your very own conference toolkit: a flipchart, projector and screen, accompanying PA system, free Wi-Fi, and a Duty Manager on call to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Refreshments – served throughout the day – include warm porridge, mini bacon rolls and fresh fruit salad for breakfast, followed by a buffet lunch made using ingredients from the Knebworth’s own gardens and interspersed with productivity-enhancing snacks.
