Situated in the luxurious Cricket East Stand, the long room theatre setting can accommodate up to 350 people for your next conference, training session or show. The theatre layout is ideal for directing your guests’ attention towards the centre stage which is equipped with a large projector.

Taverner's Suite

The newly refurbished Taverner's suite still has the traditional feel and is ideal for smaller meetings and private functions. This suite comes complete with a PA System, two handheld microphones and a wall mounted 86” LED Screen with HDMI input plus, its own Clickshare facility, which makes it easy to share the contents of your laptop or mobile device straight to the screen at the touch of a button.

Executive Suite

The Executive Suite Theatre is perfect for your next event. With dimmer lighting and roaming mic facilities as well as video linked T.V’s, a projector and a built-in dance floor, your guests will be fully immersed in your event. The fully stocked bar overlooking the famous Headingley Cricket ground is the perfect place for a drink and a chat.

Howard Suite

The new eagerly awaited Howard Suite opened in May 2019 and is the ideal venue for any event. We are able to accommodate 500 guests in the iconic contemporary sports setting, the only suite in the WORLD to overlook two international stadia. Flooded with naturel daylight your guests will stay engaged all day long.

The Howard Suite has a fully integrated AV system which includes the following: 

• 10 ceiling mounted 65” Screens, which fold away into the ceiling when not in use, great if you don’t want to utilise the in house screens which can simply be hidden away with the touch of a button and redeployed again in seconds! There is also a facility to patch a LCD projector or additional screens into the room too, but this doesn’t come within the standard AV package. 
•  An IPTV system is available on all screens for corporate branding, Sky Sport Channels and on an individual screen basis if you are not using the screens for your own content. All of which is simply operated by a 15” touch panel mounted to the wall, creating a simple & user friendly audio visual control solution. 
• There is a hardwired HDMI and Clickshare input into the system that enables the user to present their own content wirelessly from either a laptop or iPad. This can be quickly exchanged between users. 
• A high quality PA system is installed in the room suitable for events & presentations. This comes complete with four radio microphones with the ability to add further microphones.

Private dining facility with panoramic viewing terrace – This room has its own built-in AV system, combining a 65” screen and ceiling speakers to boost the user experience. The system is suitable for presentations, meetings, and small events. IPTV gives the user the ability to upload corporate branding on the screen, but also have access to a wide range of terrestrial TV channels, including the premium Sky Sports.

The Directors Suite

An exclusive facility, the redesigned Director's Suite has stunning panoramic views of the Headingley test cricket arena. The suite is equipped with its own PA System and microphone and also an 86” Screen, creating a feel of extravagance. The suite can hold a maximum of 180 guests and features a private terrace.

Private Dining Area

The system is suitable for presentations, meetings, and small events. Lewis Jones Suite

Overlooking the rugby pitch, the Lewis Jones Theatre set up is perfect for meetings or events with up to 250 people. Guests are focused on a centre stage, equipped with a large projector or portable television that also has a great view of the rugby stadium.

12 exclusive stadium boxes spaces for dining and meetings with fantastic views of the rugby stadium.

Stadium Boxes 2-7 & 10-12 are set up for private meeting and dining, with panoramic views of the rugby ground. Perfect for up to 10 guests, this intimate and unique space is perfect for presentations, meetings and small events. The 65″ TV screen can also be adapted for specific corporate branding  or any terrestrial TV channel. The rooms also include refreshment points, fridge and coat hanging spaces. Stadium Box 11 also includes a high-riser table.

Stadium Boxes 1 & 8 are set up for an informal meeting space,  with panoramic views of the rugby ground. With two sofa’s and chairs, this casual meeting environment is suitable for presentations, meetings and small events. The 65″ TV screen can also be adapted for specific corporate branding  or any terrestrial TV channel. The rooms also include refreshment points, fridge and coat hanging spaces. Stadium Box 11 also includes a high-riser table.
