Prestige Venues & Events, Warner’s Distillery and Joules Competition Terms

Promoters Name and Address

1. The Promotors are Sodexo Limited of One Southampton Row, London WC1B 5HA (“Sodexo”); Warner's Distillery Limited of Falls Farm, 34 High Street, Harrington, Northampton, Northamptonshire, NN6 9NU (“Warner’s”); and Joules Limited of Joules Building, The Point, Rockingham Road, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 7QU (“Joules”)  (together the “Promoters”).

How to Participate

2. This competition is free to enter, no purchase is necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website.
3. This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoters, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.
4. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prizes. The Promoters may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
5. To take part in this competition enter the competition online by submitting the online entry form provided on https://r1.surveysandforms.com/813w0g48-163skdf1 by the Closing Date.
6. Entries through agents or third parties, including entries automatically generated by computer; completed by third parties or in bulk; illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; photocopies and not originals; or incomplete will not be accepted.
7. Only one entry per email address is permitted and the first entry submitted by each email address will be accepted to take part in the competition in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any subsequent entries will be disallowed.
8. The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit of the competition.
   
    

Start Date and Closing Date

9. The competition will run from 12:00 noon on Monday 25th April 2019 (“Opening Date”) to 23.59 on Sunday 12th May 2019 (“Closing Date”).
10. All entries must be submitted through the https://r1.surveysandforms.com/813w0g48-163skdf1 by the Closing Date (or such other date the Promoters may specify). All entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted and will be automatically disqualified.
11.  The Promoters do not accept liability for network, computer, hardware, software failures or technical failures of any kind,which may restrict or delay you submitting an entry by the Closing Date.  

Selection of the Winner

12. The winner will be selected randomly by an independent judge. The decision of the judge (acting reasonably) is final.

Prizes

13. The prizes available to be won are:
    1. 2 tickets to Jardin Blanc at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show on Friday 24th May 2019 (the ‘Le Jasmine package’);
    2. a hamper of Warner’s 7 craft gins;
    3. a private tour for the winner and up to five guests at Warner’s Northamptonshire distillery, Falls Farm.
    4. a £1,000 voucher from Joules, together, the “Prizes”.
14. The Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoters reserve the right to substitute the Prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value. There are no cash alternatives to the Prizes. The Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Notification of the Results and receipt of the Prize

15. The winners of the Prizes will be notified by the email address provided with the competition entry after 15:00 on Monday 13th May 2019 (or such later date as the Promoters may determine).
16. The Promoters will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If the Promoters are unable to contact the winner or the winner has not provided us with their address in order of us to deliver the prize within 14 days of the notification date referred to in clause 15 then the Promoters reserves the right to select a replacement winner in accordance with clause 12 above.
17. The Promoters’ decision is final and binding in all respects on entrants and we will not enter into any further correspondence.
18. To the fullest extent  permitted by law, the Promoters, its agents,  distributors, officers, directors, employees or shareholders will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or to accept any liability for any loss  or damage of whatever nature and howsoever arising, or for personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prizes except where injury or death is caused by the negligence of the Promoters. Your statutory rights are not affected.
19. All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoters will become the property of the Promoters on receipt.   
20. The Prize winners’ names can be obtained for a period of one month after the notification date by writing to us at the address set out below and stating the name and date of the competition.

Data Protection

21. By entering and submitting a competition entry you:
    1. agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions;
    2. agree and hereby consent to allow any member of the Promoters’ Groups to use your name, details, photo on any media for advertising and publicity purposes in relation to this competition and for any other reasonable promotional purpose without additional remuneration;
    3. agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used by the Promoters, their agents and suppliers to administer the competition and in accordance with Prestige Venues & Events Privacy Policy [https://www.prestigevenuesandevents.sodexo.com/privacy-policy ]and Joules’ Privacy Policy [https://www.joules.com/Privacy/Statiraction] and Warner’s Privacy Policy [https://www.warnersdistillery.com/pages/privacy-policy]

General

22. The Promoters reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
23. Please see a copy of these Terms and Conditions on the website at https://www.prestigevenuesandevents.sodexo.com/spring-giveaway-competition-terms. The prize cannot be claimed by any third parties on your behalf.

25. This competition, any dispute or claim arising out of or conjunction with it, and these terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
