Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
• Employees, affiliates and immediate family members of Prestige Venues & Events, Sodexo Live! or any related entities are not eligible to participate.
• The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
• By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so.

Competition Period

• The competition begins on 10 November 2026 and ends on 20 November 2026 at 11:59pm GMT.
• Entries received after the closing date and time will not be considered.

How to Enter

• Participants must complete the competition entry form and opt in to receive marketing communications.

Prize

• The prize consists of one table for up to 10 guests at a Christmas party at a participating Prestige Venues & Events venue, subject to availability.
• The winner must select from available Christmas party dates as advised by Prestige Venues & Events. Preferred dates and venues cannot be guaranteed.
• The prize includes the food, drink and entertainment included within the standard Christmas party package for 10 guests. Any additional food, beverages, upgrades or extras are not included and must be paid for separately.
• Travel, accommodation and any other associated costs are not included.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
• Prestige Venues & Events reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
• The winner will be contacted directly via the email address provided on 24 November 2026.
• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, Prestige Venues & Events reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Publicity

• By entering the competition, participants agree that their name, photograph and any competition-related content may be used by Prestige Venues & Events for promotional purposes across its website, social media channels and other marketing materials.

Privacy

• Personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.
• We are under a legal obligation to publish information to demonstrate that a valid prize draw has taken place and may be required to share the winner's information with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) if requested.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• Prestige Venues & Events will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
• Prestige Venues & Events will not be liable for any technical issues, including but not limited to network failures, which may affect participation or winner selection.

General

• Prestige Venues & Events reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• By participating in the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Prestige Venues & Events, which are final and binding.
• These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
