Christmas Competition T&Cs

Eligibility

- The competition is open to residents of United Kingdom aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

- Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sodexo Live! or any related entities are not eligible to participate.

- The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

- In entering the competition, you confirm you are eligible to do so.

 Competition Period

- The competition begins on 16th September 2024 and ends on 14th October 2024 at 11:59 PM GMT.

- Entries received after the closing date and time will not be considered.

 How to Enter

- Participants must complete the sign up form and opt in to Prestige Venue & Events marketing.

 Prize

- The prize consists of a Christmas meal for 10 people up to the value of £500 at one of Prestige Venue & Events locations. The prize does not include costs of travel to / from the location nor any other associated costs.

- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

- Prestige Venue & Events reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

 Winner Selection

- The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.

- The winner will be announced on 18th October directly by email supplied.

- If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, Prestige Venue & Events reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Publicity

- By entering the competition, participants agree to have their name, photograph, and any other content shared in connection with the competition used for promotional purposes by Prestige Venue & Events across its social media platforms, website, and other marketing channels.

Privacy

- Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of the competition and in accordance with Prestige Venue & Events Privacy Policy.

- We are under a legal obligation to publish information to demonstrate that a valid award took place and we may be required to share the winner’s information with the ASA (if we are asked to do so).

 Limitation of Liability

- To the extent permitted by law:

- Prestige Venue & Events will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.

- Prestige Venue & Events will not be liable for any technical issues, including but not limited to network failures, that may affect participation or winner selection.

General

- Prestige Venue & Events reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

- By participating in the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Prestige Venue & Events, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.

- These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants wish to take court proceedings then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
