Our team of experts at The Hub are here to provide one-stop shop service and a bespoke experience, allowing you to review a range of suitable venues from one point of contact and putting your needs first at every stage.

Once we have all the details, we will advise you on suitable venues, arrange proposals and check availability and costs. We will then organise a visit to show you around the venue and introduce you to our dedicated on-site events team, who are ready to help you make the most of your event space and plan your event. Our award-winning chefs will work with you to craft menus that are guaranteed to impress your guests. We pride ourselves on our limitless creativity and are innovative problem-solvers who will support you every step of the way. With us, your event is sure to be one to remember.

What do you love about working in Sports and Leisure?

I am a Senior Sales & Event Designer based in London. My main venue focus is IWM London, however I also plan and organise events at RAF Museum, National Gallery, Royal Academy and the Wallace Collection. My passion and desire for events comes from the excitement in creating memorable experiences for my clients, I find that no event is ever the same which is what keeps me motivated and engaged within my role. I count myself lucky to be able to work within such beautiful and unique venues which transform themselves into incredible event spaces after hour

What do you specialise in?  

All things Brighton! Events at: a Premier League Football Stadium; Sussex’s much loved County Cricket Ground; the iconic beachside British Airways i360. I would also say that I specialise in worry-free planning so that the client can sit back and relax!

What do you love about working in Sports and Leisure?

Working in Sports & Leisure enables me to liaise with a range of clients on different types of conferences, exhibitions and banquets to name a few. I also love the fact that I work with quirky and unique venues that stand out from the rest.  In addition, there isn’t a better feeling than chatting to a happy client at the end of a successful event and planning it all over again for the following year. All in all, with my passion for sport and my outgoing nature, I couldn’t think of a better suited sector!

I am a Sales Coordinator based at The Crystal in East London. I take enquiries and get to know clients and their needs on a daily basis. I am excited and happy to help them every step of the way and particularly into large international events and conferences. I absolutely adore the beautiful venue and its versatility. Besides, sustainability, which it is what The Crystal is mainly known for, is one of my interests, too. Peek inside the lovely office, I miss what must be one of the best views in London!

Event Sales Designer

I am the Event Sales Designer at Bateaux London in Embankment and I specialise in taking enquiries and planning events on board our two boats The River Room & The Glass Room. Working at Embankment Pier is always unique and watching the boats transform for each event is exciting and a privilege to be a part of. Site visits on the Thames are always interesting too as they often involve taking clients on a mini speed boat to visit our other pier which gives the clients great views of the River Thames and The London Eye. I particularly love working in Sports & Leisure because of the variety of interesting people you meet. From our team at the HUB who are in constant communication about our different venues and a great support, to the agents and clients you get to meet at networking events. Everyone is passionate about creating memorable events and ensuring everyone has the best experience possible.

As the Sales Hub is the initial contact for most clients, I strive to offer the best customer service to leave a great first impression. UK Sales Hub Coordinator

What do you specialise in? 

I’ve been lucky enough to work in lots of different types of venues from Football Stadiums to Georgian Libraries! Over the years I have specialised in all thing’s weddings, from guiding couples through their planning and menu tasting (the most fun part!) to sending the bride down the aisle to say ‘I do’ in her dream venue. I now focus on customer relationships – both old and new – and ensure that those planning events are provided with the most up to date and relevant information they need to host the perfect event, whether that is a small meeting for 10 guests or an awards ceremony and dinner for 500 guests. I’m here to answer any questions that pop into people’s head.

What do you love about working in Sports and Leisure?

My favourite thing about working for Sodexo Sports and Leisure is the variety that comes with the role. No two days are the same, no two events are the same and on a daily basis we ask ourselves what we can do to make this event memorable? Getting to be part of someone else’s event, big or small, is a privilege and something that I love doing every day.

Conference and Events Sales Manager

I am Conference and Events Sales Manager at Keepmoat Stadium but I am currently part of the central sales hub team covering Keepmoat Stadium and Aesseal New York Stadium.  I am enjoying my new role and gaining further knowledge of Sodexo and the business. I studied Events Management at University as I am passionate about the events industry. Every day is different in my role and I get great satisfaction and excitement from seeing the theory behind an event put into practice.
