The Hub is our team of experienced event planners who are on hand to support you with your venue search. They have extensive knowledge of our entire collection of venues and events and can provide a range of suitable options for your enquiry from a jaw dropping venue to wow your guests, a creative culinary experience using the finest and freshest ingredients or simply a venue that meets your budget with good parking and transport links.
The Hub will find suitable options, check availability and provide an initial proposal. Once you have decided on your venue, they will coordinate with our dedicated event teams on site who will help plan and deliver your event.
The Hub's services are complimentary. They work with everyone including private bookers, agencies, DMC’s, corporate clients and associations to find the perfect venue. We will always strive to respond within 3 hours.
During this unprecedented and challenging time, while the vast majority of our venues are temporarily closed, we are very much still open and committed to ensuring our customers, clients and sales people have the support they require.
In order to facilitate this heightened level of support we have extended our current Sales Hub function with additional team members and have formed 2 main operations in both Scotland and London. The sales hub are fully equipped to deal with all current and new enquiries for all of our venues across all brands.
