The Heritage Portfolio team are committed to never standing still in delivering a level of service that’s personal and bespoke, not a house style - and pride themselves on their creative obsession to deliver remarkable events that are reflective of their clients and their desires.   

In 2013 Heritage Portfolio was granted a Royal Warrant for services to catering from Her Majesty the Queen – which recognises their high standards, attention to detail, and outstanding catering, which translates into everything they are part of today. 

With a team of devoted event designers and access to a black book of tightly lipped contacts, the curation of your event is seamless, always bespoke, tailored and exacting.   

The team realise visions – they’re masters at taking a vision, crafting a theme, and weaving the detail into every aspect of the event – ideal for unique incentive experiences 

 

They have produced the launch of Chanel’s Metiers d’Art collection staged by Karl Lagerfeld in Linlithgow Palace, the Royal wedding of Zara Phillips and Mike Tindall in the Palace of Holyroodhouse and the reception by Her Majesty the Queen to welcome Pope Benedict 

XVI to the UK…to name but a few. 

Their skillset is unique, trained by the Executive Chefs and Cellar Master’s, they have culinary knowledge and expertise to make recommendations on menus and wine pairings – they sip, savour & enjoy all our wines, Champagne & dishes so they can share tasting notes with confidence.  

Their award-winning Chefs are passionate foodies, creative and innovative, they play with flavours and textures to create beautiful plates that are a feast for the eyes and palate.  

They work tirelessly to ensure every dish celebrates the beauty and excitement of locally sourced produce, using seasonal ingredients - when they are at their freshest, most nutrient-dense and flavoursome - whether sourcing scallops from the West Coast of Scotland or early rhubarb from the valleys of Yorkshire, it’s this attention to detail that creates exquisite food.  

Paul Hood – MasterChef 2021 Quarter Finalist – leads our culinary team and nothing is more important than creating food that has integrity and is always memorable.    

The master Mixologist and Sommelier are both graduates and Members’ of the revered Champagne Academy - their knowledge of the Grandes Marques is second to none.   

They work hand in glove with the culinary team to ensure the menus are perfectly paired with wine and Champagne – their cocktails are showstoppers!   

And for those who prefer an alcohol-free soiree, their expertise and knowledge extends to low, no alcohol varietals and sensational mocktails.  

They are known for transforming unusual venues and breathing new life into classic favourites – and it’s no secret that they are responsible for some of the most glittering events of the past 25 years.
