Cheers to the 150th Open Championship

It’s National Cocktail Day on Thursday 24th March, and what better way to celebrate than to get exclusive access to some of our latest cocktail creations?! Designed for the Patrons Pavilion at the 150th Open Championship at St Andrews, our team up in Scotland have crafted a unique personalised menu experience, serving up the best of drinks that Scotland have to offer!

When it comes to crafting your drink menus, our talented team of mixologists bring the best of the best. Scotland is famous for its fine production of ‘golden nectar’ whisky, but did you know that 75% of gin made in the UK is produced in Scotland as well! Behind every cocktail is a story, and carefully choosing all the elements to curate your story, is when the magic happens.…

To create this magic, our mixologists wanted to showcase not only a twist on a classic cocktail, but also incorporate local Scotland produce. Using Gin from Edinburgh Gin, Whiskey from Glenmorangie , Vodka from Tayport Distillery in Dundee and Rum from Dark Matter Distillery in Aberdeenshire, this menu experience is focussed on sustainability, seasonality and provenance. Take a look to see what’s on the menu this summer:
