Team Building Ideas this Summer

By Prestige Venues and Events -

After our rather long and strange winter and now emerging into spring we all feel a little disconnected from those around us. We haven’t been able to see our colleagues in a while, and we’re all missing those office parties, work events, and face to face meetings that help keep us connected and motivated. But as the days begin to get lighter and longer, there is hope that we’re approaching some positive change.

What are The Guidelines after this weeks government announcement on Monday 22nd February?

The government have set out a plan to help get England back to normality by the summertime, so team building events will be able to occur outdoors, then eventually indoors, in the foreseeable future. With the vaccine rollout, we can expect the allowance of outdoor gatherings for six people or two households as of the 29th of March, then the reopening of public buildings and outdoor beer gardens and leisure (alongside indoor swimming and gyms) on the 12th of April. By May the 17th, the government expect to allow gatherings of up to 30 people outdoors, with two households, or six people, mixing indoors. Ministers hope to ease all restrictions by June 21st, according to their current roadmap plan to ease us out of lockdowns. Always check the current restrictions, but rest assured that our venues are all compliant with covid guidelines, as we’re doing everything possible to keep our customers safe and healthy.
